Delivery & Shipping Policy

01Overview

We deliver in two ways, depending on the item. Each product page says which applies. You can also collect your order yourself.

• Furniture delivery: sofas, chairs, tables, beds, dressers, consoles and the standing mirror, delivered by our delivery team.
• Courier: lighting, decor, soft furnishings, storage and tableware.

02Furniture Delivery

We deliver furniture within the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and the Selangor districts around them). After payment we call you to agree a delivery date, normally 3 to 7 working days after the order when the item is in stock. Delivery is to your door or room of choice where access allows.

For other parts of Peninsular Malaysia, and for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, we arrange delivery case by case and confirm the cost and timing before dispatch.

Please tell us at checkout, in the order notes, about stairs without a lift, narrow doorways, loading-bay rules or building access times. If an item cannot be delivered because it does not fit through the access available, we can arrange a return; the delivery charge is not refundable in that case.

03Assembly

Flat-packed items come with fittings and instructions. Where an item only needs its legs fitted, that is noted on the product page. If you would like us to assemble items when we deliver, ask us before delivery and we will tell you whether we can and what it costs.

04Courier Parcels

Smaller items are sent by courier to addresses in Peninsular and East Malaysia. We dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of payment, and delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, longer for remote areas. We email you the tracking details when the parcel leaves us.

05Delivery Charges

The amount you pay at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges depend on the items, the address and access, and are confirmed with you by email or phone before dispatch. You can cancel at no cost if you do not want to go ahead at that point.

06Self-Collection

You can collect your order from our premises at LG 1-2, Seri Gembira Avenue, No. 6, Jalan Senang Ria, Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by appointment, at no delivery charge. We will tell you when it is ready.

07Missed or Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the agreed time, or the address is incomplete, we will contact you to rearrange. A second delivery attempt may be charged.

08Trade & Wholesale Orders

Delivery for trade, project and wholesale orders, including bulk quantities and staged deliveries, is quoted separately with the order.
