The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from us.
01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases from CASA VERO LIVING SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601043751 (1705846-T)) (“Casa Vero Living”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery & Shipping Policy.
02What We Sell
We source and sell home furniture, lighting, decorative accessories, soft furnishings, storage and tableware. The current range on this website is 22 products, delivered within Malaysia or collected from our premises. We also supply trade and wholesale customers on quoted terms.
03Product Information
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its materials, measurements and what comes with it. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between batches. Colours on screen depend on your display and on lighting, and natural materials such as wood and ceramic vary from piece to piece. Please measure your space, doorways, stairs and lift before ordering large furniture.
Photographs may show props or styling that are not part of the product. What is included is listed on each product page under In the box.
04Prices & Payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price charged at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges for furniture and courier items, where they apply, are confirmed with you by email or phone before dispatch and are payable separately. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway provider. Your order is confirmed when payment is received and we have confirmed availability.
05Orders & Availability
Stock levels change and some furniture is made or shipped in batches. If an item you order is unavailable, we will tell you the expected date or offer a full refund. We may limit quantities per order. For more than ten of one item, or for trade, project or wholesale orders, please contact us for a quote.
06Delivery & Risk
Delivery is described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check items when they arrive and tell us about any damage within the time stated in our Refund Policy.
07Assembly, Installation & Safe Use
Some furniture needs assembly; product pages say so. Follow the instructions supplied. Tall or heavy storage furniture such as dressers should be fixed to the wall with the anchor fitting provided. Pendant and other hard-wired lights must be installed by a qualified electrician. Use lamps with the bulb type and wattage stated. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly, installation or use.
08Defects
If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect under normal home use, our Refund Policy explains how we repair, replace or refund it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other Malaysian law.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
